Adnan Mirza, one of the four Muslim students accused of preparing to join the Taliban to fight U.S.-led forces overseas. Mirza, 30, was accused of planning to engage in "battlefield jihad" in the Middle East and financially supporting the terrorism group.
Here on a student visa, the Pakistani originally was charged in a four-count indictment with Kobie Williams, a U.S. citizen attending the University of Houston-Downtown. Williams, 34, pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge and awaits sentencing. After the trial and conviction of Mirza and the others, the sentence, beside a LOOOOONG sting in federal prison, should be a swift kick out or the country and a permanent banishment form ever reentering for any reason.
As for Kobie Williams, an equally long stretch in a federal prison then strip him of his US Citizenship and boot him out of the country with a permanent banishment from ever reentering for any reason.

Swift kick out and permanent banishment works for me. See how he likes living again in that earthly paradise, Pakistan. Also, if he gets caught trying to re-enter, back to prison for life.
