All she had to do was tell the judge; “I don’t recall”, I don’t remember” “I have no recollection” “Your honor, care to by a copy of my memoirs?”

Doug, I’m confused. On the earlier thread you said she would be forced to testify under oath. Is this no longer true with this new ruling?

Jim, it only means that she is not a defendant. The California Supreme Court rejected Kendall’s argument about him three years ago. This goes to trial in 2008. Do people realize how important it is that the hierarchy of the Dem party, her closest advisers, and many of the Hollywood elite are going to be deposed? She doesn’t have to be indicted and convicted for this case to make a difference. The lies and the coverup that she orchestrated is going to finally be revealed. If a certain percentage of the electorate pay attention, it will make a difference. I will do whatever I can to get them to pay attention. Over 74,000 people watched a film trailer yesterday, most of whom had never heard of the case before. Others can whine; I’m going keep putting on the pressure.

Gerstein wrote a terrible headline. What a tool. Bill, Aaron Tonken, and Gary Smith remain as defendants. The trial court judge made it clear that she will testify. What is she going to do, refuse a subpoena? Yes, she will be deposed and she will be grilled. She will be confronted with documents, video, and her lying declaration. That is what voters have to see.

The clintoons, and their liberal ilk (RINO-rudy and other scumbag RINOs included?), make judicial appointments for a richer judge shopping environment when they need it to protect themselves and their cronies. Damn if it didn't work again.

This was a California state court. None of the judges were appointed by Clinton.

We were outraged when McCain pushed CFR through because all it did was codify the present system of monopoly media influence and special interests over the individual and here we are supposed to align ourselves with the poster children of buying personal political influence? At least the media hacks do it over ideology, these guys did it for money. And to boot they were willing to sell out conservative positions and efforts to further that aim.

As far as I’m concerned Paul and Lee can rot in hell and any conservative who takes up their cause ONLY because it MIGHT have the collateral effect of damaging hillary is at best misguided and at worst a sell out to all the things we have fought for for the last ten years.

Defeating hillary is worth a lot but not the selling out of my soul.

Peter is going to show evidence that Clinton’s agent Jim Levin, using proprietary information, interfered with his Japanese business partner and prevented him from investing $5 mil into the company as promised. When they money did not come through as promised, the company had a cash crunch and failed.
