Quality satire from Scrappleface, as usual.
If the Republicans in Congress had three working brain cells among them, they'd make the Democrats vote to condemn (or refuse to vote to condemn) the 1970s communist genocide in Southeast Asia that they helped facilitate.

IMO, if the Republicans in Congress had gonads, they would draft a resolution proclaiming Pelosi and her Liberal cohorts traitors. They would also condemn the Liberals in Congress for their part in causing our troops to be wounded and many killed because of their rhetoric and their political games.

Just why dont the GOP consider condeming the Roman Empire for their soldiers crucifying Jesus Christ? Now just how would Nancy Pelosi respond to that?

If republicans had brain cells they would have introduced a seperate resolution without the word but that used the same definition.
they would have trumped the democrats and taken the emotional issue away from them.

This is what will happen in Iraq when Queen Hillary pulls out the troops in 2009. But, as to the RINOs in Congress, it is not three working brain cells they lack. What they lack is a set of balls. You could not find one complete set in all of the RINO Congress.
