BTW I think I heard today that when this condemnation bill came up in 1999 or 2000 that Bill Clinton asked speaker Hastert to table it so that it would not impede or threaten our use of Turkish airspace to enforce the no-fly zone over northern Iraq...

No need to sell them the trusty Sopwith and the aerodynamic secrets it contains, old bean. We'll sell them bombers! The Handley Page bomber can defend itself against all comers now that we have added the twin Lewis Gun mount. Gunners should provide their own gloves and goggles. A small ball peen hammer isn't an altogether bad idea, either. Can be used to clear stoppages.
O yes, do try and direct fire away from the empennage while engaged with the enemy.
