Sure, they did not know.
What BS.
The IAEA has fingers into Iran
and even the US Patent Office. (and no one cares).

U.N. nuclear watchdog did not know about any undeclared atomic plant in Syria... And that right there is why Israel couldn't wait for the UN to do something about it. They are worse than useless.

“U.N. watchdog asks Syria about “undeclared” atom plant”
If WWII hadn’t been fought, I could see the UN right about now asking Germany about the unexplained absence of millions of people, especially Jews, while threatening to ‘look into the matter’.

I can hear it now... “In Syria, we don’t have atomic bombs like in your country. We don’t have that in our country. In Syria, we do not have this phenomenon. I don’t know who’s told you that we have it.”

Is the UN Watchdog named Mohammed ? Should he be ?
To: Flavius
The headline hid the true error and the appropriate question, it should have said:
"U.N. Nuclear Watchdog Caught Sleeping in Syria; World Citizens Demand to Know Why?"
But we will not hold our breath waiting for an answer, or for the demands of "world citizens".

Don't be so cynical. I'm sure there would still be a resolution being debated in the security council. The threat of sanctions would have stopped Germany in it's tracks.
