So, you can't put anything on your own private property. Better take down those house numbers and the "Welcome to the Jones'" and be prepared for more lawsuits against the city when police and ems barge into the wrong house at 3 am. And while they're at it, better ban that building graffiti which looks suspiciously like, "Brooklyn City Hall"
