Mexico to bolster immigrant defense, fight deportations
The Dallas Morning News ^ | October 4, 2007 | ALFREDO CORCHADO and DIANNE SOLÍS

Posted on 10/04/2007 6:32:39 AM PDT by Boston Blackie

The Mexican government is giving its consulates in the U.S. wide latitude to ramp up a campaign to toughen their defense of immigrants and plans to give them more resources as well, officials familiar with the strategy said.

The move comes as deportations reach an all-time high in the toughest crackdown in decades by the U.S. government and police authorities.

Among the actions under discussion are the creation of an anti-defamation league similar to that focused on protecting Jews; budget increases for some of the 47 consulates, especially in regions such as North Texas, where Mexican migration has been swift and plentiful; and a media campaign aimed at counteracting groups opposed to illegal immigration and sometimes legal immigration.

"Our fight is no longer inside the Beltway," said one senior Mexican official, who agreed to speak only on condition of anonymity. "We have been forced to change our strategy."

Yeah — they’ve sorta become the Palestinians of North America. Which gives me an idea. Why doesn’t the UN step in and set up refugee camps along the border? After all, it’s worked so well on the West Bank and Gaza.

How dare they tell the U.S. that they refuse to take back their own citizens. Are we to send illegal alien Mexicans to Darfur?

We need to inundate every single telephone line in every single consulate as well as the Embassy...24/7....so that Mexico cannot do any business here in the US.

47 consulates

WOW. By comparison, we have 10 consulates and an Embassy in Mexico. If anyone needs more evidence that we are being invaded, this is it.

Same thing was running through my smiling little noggin.
The racist Spanish ruling class is determined to offload their "people of color" onto the suckers of the United States. It's  all a con game where racism is cried out where the real racists are the pure white Euro-Spanish ruling elites of Mexico (Central America too) who drive their Indians and Mestizo semi-Indians into our great nation

These Spanish elites have a lot of unfinished business with their Indians and the racket is to solve it by getting  rid of them and having them send money home to stave off revolts. Our Indians get casinos and Federal benefits and programs up the wazoo. Not so in Latin America where the indigenous and semi-indigenous are treated like dirt

Accurate analysis. Force their "people of color" out like child beggars and pickpockets who are pushed out every morning to go out and earn their keep

We get the unwanted of Mexico and Mexico gets the money they send home. Mexico's white ruling elite loves this con game. They laugh at the stupid Americans, so easily spooked by cries of racism whenever we deport Mexicans

I know of a Mexican Consul that has no intentions of going back to Mexico when his “time is up”. He’s lived in the States for so long he considers it home and that Mexico is a “hole”.

"Mexico is more and more revealing itself as an enemy of the USA. They’re acting like the PLO of North America."

That is the simple truth. Problem is, in addition of the inability (unwillingness) of so many Americans to see and admit that, we also have collaborators in our business community and our government.

There are lots, of Americans who are the moral equivalent of John Walker in this matter.

They see the annual $25-30 BILLION cash-flow into Mexico endangered by our pathetically late attempts to ship their citizens back to them. Cases of illegals ought never wind up in our courts since they are not covered by the US Constitution.
