Well it looks like Dobson has removed himself from relevance.
Gary Bauer has stepped up to fill the void.

As I've mentioned before, Gary Bauer attended the Fund Raiser for Fred in Washington DC on July 30. I personally saw him there. I saw him come up to Fred and shake his hand and congratulate him. I didn't hear what he said, I was not close enough. But just him being there, to me, meant that many RR people were already supporting Fred.
