Following the Austin City Limits Festival last week, I can tell you they don’t have much problem with marijuana (medical or otherwise).

And for the record, Keep Austin Weird is a way better slogan than Only in Santa Cruz.

I'm assuming they'll have a designated driver to take them home? Can the city be sued if a "medical" marijuana "patient" injures someone in a car accident on the way home? Gosh, I really I hope so.

During the rest of the year, what if they need to "medicate" at work? Can city bus drivers "medicate" while working?

Just my opinion, but I think, maybe, they're abusing the term, "need". Stupid liberals (but I repeat myself).
