The Idaho Values Alliance (IVA) is blasting a ruling that requires taxpayers to foot the bill for hormone injections for a male inmate who wants a sex-change operation.
The prisoner, who identifies himself as a woman, mutilated his own body in an effort to rid his body of testosterone. The inmate survived and doctors prescribed testosterone replacement therapy. But the inmate wanted estrogen injections, and sued the state. A judge later ordered the injections, but the Department of Correction's mental health experts objected.
Now, the same judge has reaffirmed the original ruling, which, according to Bryan Fischer of the IVA, is outrageous. "What this federal judge has done is use the bench to normalize transgenderism and essentially ordered the taxpayer to recognize transgenderism as a normal alternative to heterosexuality by forcing us to use our taxpayer dollars to inject a male inmate with female hormones," he explains.
Fischer says the ruling is sure to create confusion in matters of public policy. In addition to demonstrating what he calls "the hubris of the federal judiciary," the pro-family leader argues that the judge is essentially establishing social policy for Idaho on "matters of sexuality" -- something he says the state legislature should decide.

Maybe Islam is right on one or two things.
He needs to be in a mental institution.
Leopard Man and Tiger Man look more normal then those flakes!
Let’s normalize transpecies first!
It is called sinking to the level of several African nations where genital mutilation is also a routine practice. But hey, just another alternative lifestyle said Jeffrey Dahmer.
Can the judge be charged with practicing medicine without a license? (Assuming he’s not also a medical doctor). How can he just tell anybody to inject hormones like that? Who is going to write that prescription???
