Ok. Real or fake....
This guitar is listed as a 2007 Epiphone. And yet, the
serial number on the head stock reveals...
"Guitar Info
Your guitar was made at the
Nashville Plant, TN, USA
May 23rd, 2003
Production Number: 447 "
Answer:
FAKE
These Chinese manufacturers generally copy numbers from real Gibsons to put on their fakes.
Often it's just a matter of looking up real ones for sale on Ebay and stealing the numbers.

Boy, that one would fool almost anybody! When they are that new(ish), you can’t even judge from tarnished solder joints or older pots/caps inside the body cavity.

I don’t understand - why would they list it as an Epiphone when they’re trying to pass it off as a Gibson Zakk Wylde Les Paul?
The tuners are wrong though. They should be gold “kidney bean” shaped tuners, not gold keystone tuners.

At a quick glance the headstock is the wrong shape, the “gibson” inlay is too big, the “diamond” inlay is too small, the truss rod cover is the wrong shape and has the wrong text inscribed in it, the fretwork isn’t typical of Gibson, the custom shop logo doesn’t look right and it appears to be a one piece neck instead of a three piece neck. Otherwise, a pretty convincing forgery.

I could tell that was a fake right off. The headstock doesn’t look right.
