i have been on juries and wondered, once we started to deliberate, if we had been in the same courtroom and at the same trial and heard the same evidence. throw in the fact that it is CA and he a “celeb”, forgetaboutit...and i thought detroit was nuts

But he said he would consider whether to repeat jury instructions, allow jurors to hear a read-back of testimony or let them consider a lesser charge of involuntary manslaughter.

Judge has a problem with allowing a lesser charge to be considered. The defense can rightly claim that their trial strategy would have been dofferent if manslaughter had been included as a lesser charge. The defense is on real solid ground in opposing such a decision. Sounds like the prosecution doesn't want a lesser charge included, either. Looks like it is headed to another trial.

Personally, I think he is guikty as hell. Spector is a whack jog, but he dod not argue diminished capacity.
