Trial took five months and they can’t make a definitive decision? That is too bad.

I heard a while back (Court Tv? Radio?) the way the charge is written, the jury could believe he shot her, but still vote not guilty to murder. Their are no lesser options.

There’s a reason most people consider it the land of fruit and nuts.
And just think, all our educational media comes out of there.

I don't know why it's so hard for most people to understand that a majority of Californians - and a huge majority of the nutty ones - moved in from other states.

7-5 split. (source: http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/spector/)
Judge did not inquire which side had 7 votes (and it's proper that he didn't).

I think he’s weird. That said, didn’t he have a white suit on with no blood splattered on it? If so, I go for innocent too.

The JURY is from LA. and I do believe that cesspool is still part of your state.
And that is what the poster was talking about.
Hell, if I ever kill someone I sure as heck wouldn’t do it in Florida, I would go straight to Ca.

Its not too hard to figure out the winner here. Its the high priced legal talent this murderer can afford.

When I want to kill myself, I always make a point to go home with some guy who comes into my nightclub and hope he has a loaded handgun.

I think he means Californians, as in the dumbasses that make up the jury pool, particularly in Los Angeles.
