IOW he’s speaking to friendly crowds. Nothing wrong with speaking in liberal cities. These folks are still Americans and have been misguided from years of Democrat propaganda.
This is one of the many reasons why Paul enjoys support from all across the political spectrum. If liberals vote for him, who cares, their vote counts just as much as a conservative.
