So if a person spends time on the company clock flaunting its delusion instead of DOING REAL WORK, that person can not be fired? Expecting such a person to DO REAL WORK would then be considered a hostile work environment (don’t laugh - it’s here!)?

Although, I suspect that if found to be mentally deficient, the gay rights folks would then want the "Americans With Disabilities Act" to cover their exploits, and pay them some kinda benefits, too. Or, worse yet, ambulance-chasers will file a class action against ADA administrators for "discrimination" or some such crap.
