There are days like today where one can literally see the salvos of propaganda from AP&the MSM with this and that 'piece' telling us how the Iraqis feel about the latest state of affairs in their war-torn country. At least, it sure seems like it as it is continually made out that Iraq suffers from widespread suffering and all is in vain.

Stand strong. What is afoot is having impact for good.

Meanwhile..

Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr, left, steps from an office building in Najaf, Iraq Saturday June 5, 2004. Iraq's most powerful Shiite militia leader is turning to his commanders who distinguished themselves fighting U.S. troops in 2004 to screen fighters, weed out criminals and assume key positions in an effort to build a more disciplined force, two of his key lieutenants say. Stand by for all the negative news the MSM can create to get the Generals comments out of the news along with the facts and move toward liberal ideas.

Of course the AP didn’t actually venture beyond the press pool to take this poll.

This is part of the Media’s tet offensive against US forces.

1. Denial of pro war ads in newspapers
2. Betray us attacks on Petraues
3. Bogus studies on how they hate us more

Like the previous offensive— it will fail.

The poll, conducted by ABC News, Britain's BBC, and Japan's public broadcaster NHK, was released at the start of a critical week in the fight by Democrats trying to force President Bush to begin a withdrawal.

We'll see how soon and how badly the Brits are missed as well..

A handout photograph from the Ministry of Defence, shows a convoy of British armoured vehicles pulling out from Basra Palace, 3 September 2007. Britain's military commander in Iraq said that British soldiers were prepared to withdraw its forces from the southern Iraqi city of Basra in April, but held off for five months after the United States asked it to stay.(AFP/MoD/File)

Forty-seven percent want American forces and their coalition allies to leave the country immediately...

What a coincidence! 74% of Americans want Congress and their lobbyist allies to leave the country immediately...

The brits held the place longer then they held some of our towns when we were at war with them.

The Iraqi people have an elected government. They can, through their elected officials, ask us to leave any time. They haven’t.

This poll doesn’t amount to a hill of beans.

They are doing the polling that the Iranians would do if they could. Or then...maybe they did!

I’m inclined to say, lets bring our boys home. Let the place turn into a terrorist $*** hole, and drop a nuke on it when they get out of hand. Bunch of ungrateful ingrates.

Note on Methodology

“......In addition to the national sample, oversamples were drawn in Anbar province, Sadr City, Basra city and Kirkuk city to allow for more reliable analysis in those areas.”

The whole thing looks pretty screwy. LOL
