General Patton once articulated the truth (In 1945) that Americans hate a loser. After fighting for ties or losses in Korea, Vietnam, losing China, losing Cuba, too many Americans think that the Middle East is too far away to worry about. The MSM has pumped up the volume and propaganda too much. The Surge is starting to turn some opinion.
