Able bodied people who park in handicapped parking have a special kind of handicap that you can’t see!

You mean, the one between their ears?

Bumper sticker I saw read:
Stupidity is not a handicap!
Park somewhere else.

Reminds me of the time in the rain at a mall in MA when I saw a woman pull ino a handicapped space -- and then make a dash for the mall door.

A guy standing inside the doorway, apparently waiting for the rain to subside, shouted, "Hey, Lady! Aside from being fat and ugly -- what is your handicap?!?"

Couldn't resist giving him a "high five" as I entered the door behind her... ;-)

Doctors decide who is qualified for a handicap permit, not self-righteous vigilantes. I'm not saying there isn't abuse but there are plenty of folks who have non-visible needs such as heart and lung problems. I only noted a couple of suspect uses by clearly young, spry individuals in all my years as a caregiver.

Yes, because it is hard to visually diagnose those who are morally handicapped. ;)
