Disgusting to compare an identity thief who violates US immigration law with Rosa Parks. Disgusting and insulting.

"..Compared with nearly all European nations, America stands virtually alone in allowing children born on her soil by those who enter the country illegally to become citizens..."

They need to change that, but I don't see it happening.

After her deportation to Mexico, she said: “The United States is the one who broke the law first. By letting people cross over (the border) without documents. By letting people pay taxes.”

Wow she has a set of nads that hang to her knees

This woman entered our country illegally, hiding and crawling in the dirt; afraid of being caught by Border Patrol and deported. Yet she knew the consequence of her actions. Deportation. She chooses to give birth to a Mexican child on US soil, knowing she may be deported at any time and she will have to take the child with her. This is the natural reaction, the legal response known when she choose to enter this country illegally.
I say, let’s stop all this nonsense; ask our congress to enact law: make all undocumented aliens guilty of felonious violation of our sovereign territory. In an instant, 20 million people will face immediate deportation if not jail time. Give them temporary immunity to leave on their own or apply for legal status if qualified.
We can do this! It takes nothing else than a lot of faxes to our representatives.
This is the immediate resolve. All illegal immigrants are felons.
There are countries where a border perpetrator is shot on site. We give them food and water, medical care, phones to call home, free ride back to their countries. We smile timidly to ACLU. What are we? You name us…

“Rosa Parks, a black woman, was born in 1913 in Tuskegee, Alabama...”

How come she wasn’t a fighter pilot?

Elvira Arellano visited the President of Mexico asking he put pressure on the USA regarding her immigration status, and send her back to the USA as a "special diplomat".

Janitor Elvira gets red carpet treatment from the President of Mexico.

After deportation, Elvira's first move was to address the Mexican legislature (where she criticized the United States).

It appears Elvira is trying to influence the measures or conduct of Mexico WRT disputes or controversies with the United States, and/or trying to defeat the measures of the United States in collusion with the Mexican government.

================================================

Elvira appears to have no visible means of support in Mexico. Is the Mexican government subsidizing her?

==================================================

We need to determine whether she and other illegal invaders are agents of foreign governments, and whether they should be prosecuted for undermining the US government.

=================================================

We know illegal invaders are sending as much as $50 billion US dollars per year back to their home countries. The money is gained from illegal employment ....and for all we know....from SS fraud, drug deals, tax evasion, ID theft, and other criminal activities.

Who in these foreign countries is getting a cut of the $50 billion?

It would be easy for the US government to trace monies from the point of departure at Western Union to determine whether WU is aiding in the hiding and conversion and transmission of the invaders illegal cash to legitimate funds............and who, on the other end, is receiving the monies.

ALL international Western Union money transfers need to be filtered and siezed as necessary to discern the money trail from the invaders on US soil, to Mexico, and Central and South American governments.

================================

American citizens are losing their savings/homes/futures......while freeloading illegal invaders own homes in the countries they emanate from, have cash in the bank, and are riding the US gravy train, sponging-off hardworking US citizens.

=================================

BACKUP In June 2007, Representative Steve King introduced legislation that would prohibit Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi from traveling to Syria violated Logan's Law. The amendment was not adopted. The Logan Act is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments. It was passed in 1799 and last amended in 1994. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony, punishable under federal law with imprisonment of up to three years.

Sin. Craig is the new Rosa Parks. Gay leadership at GLBT Task Force and Lambda Legal have been pushing for the decriminalization of cruising in bathrooms. His is the case they needed to show their struggle.

Larry Elder should talk.

Larry Elder the author of this piece is a libertarian. For years he has advocated any willing worker (from anywhere in the world) should be matched up with any employer at any mutually agreed on wage.

It’s men like Larry that have helped us reach the state we are in here in Los Angeles, Larry’s home town.

Larry's way leads us to poor people living 20 or more to a house or ten in a garage, and no where to park in the streets like we see often in parts of Los Angeles. It's men with asinine ideas like Larry's that have resulted in the racial politics we see dominate the political landscape here in LA.

Larry's ideas have resulted in our overcrowded and failing city school system and shuttered up emergency rooms.

Larry says that the real problem is that we should not be providing free schooling or free emergency room medical care for anyone. In other words Larry wants to dismantle the welfare state. Well, so do I. But we have a far better chance of encouraging voluntary self deportation than we ever have of dismantling the welfare state.

The best we can hope for is to limit the welfare state to our own people and not extend it to anyone who shows up to work for ridiculous wages and deliberately undercut the US blue collar ( Larry is white collar) worker.

Larry Elder recently said that while he does not support it, dog fighting should be legal as dogs are property. He said owners have every right to hang or drown or shoot their dogs or to treat them in any way as they see fit as they are just property.

The common theme with Larry's libertarianism is it appears to be unburdened any kind of morality.

Regards

Elvira Arellano As 'The New Rosa Parks'? How Silly Can Immigration Debate Get?

Well, solidarity and all that.
If Blacks are Ok with this, I'm in no position to have an opinion. Silly or not.

Just saying.
