It may have woken up 100% of the illegal immigrant community but it also woke up 60-70% of the Americans, which far outnumber the illegals, so by sheer numbers of the visibility they created, they only succeeded in engineering MASSIVE anti-illegal alien BLOWBACK, quite the reverse effect.
That is why they rushed to replace the Mexican flags with US flags, but most Americans already caught on and are much too clever to be tricked that way. LOL

I car lot on a main drag in my town put up brand new American and Mexican flags. It pissed me off to see it and I intended to call. It must have made others mad because the Mexican flags where there only a couple of weeks. Yes you are right that people won’t forget marching with Mexican flags.
