My guess is they’ll get sued. I just hope this sticks, and that more companies and landlords in this country follow these people’s lead.

I would assume they have conferred with lawyers before taking this action, and believe they are on firm ground.

Lawyers are already lining up. No profit in it except name recognition though.

Oh no they won't. The minute they get served with court papers, they will drop a dime on the illegals who formerly rented from them. Those people will flee (if they haven't already done so). No witnesses, no case. No complaining parties, no case. No complaining parties with verifiable identities, no case.
