Did you hear about the cannibal who passed his brother in the jungle? He walked on a little farther and threw up his arms.

At the cannibal meat market, there was a sign over the counter: Americans $3.00/lb; British $4.00/lb; Arabs $11/lb. A customer asked, "Why are the Arabs so much more expensive?"

The butcher replied, "Have you ever tried to clean one?"

Tip your waitress folks, I'll be here all week.

yuk, yuk, yuk.
I just finished reading an interesting book titled, Heart of the Sea, about the whale ship Essex out of Nantucket in 1919. The Essex was the inspiration for Melville when he wrote Moby Dick. The Essex was rammed and sunk by a hugh sperm whale and the crew spent almost 90-days adrift in the Pacific. They resorted to cannibilism to survive...quite a story. In fact, they purposely tried to navigate their whale boats East to Chile because they were terrified of cannibals inhabiting the islands of French Polynesia. Oh the irony.

There’s a similar one I’ve heard:

A tourist was passing by the market in a cannibal village, where he saw a sign advertising “Human Brains for Sale”. Intrigued, he looked at the display, and saw that American brains were priced at $2.00 a pound, British brains at $3.00 a pound, and French brains at $100.00 a pound.

Curious about the price for French brains, he asked the butcher “Why do French brains cost so much more? Do they taste that much better?”

To which the butcher replied “No, they taste the same. But do you know how many Frenchmen you have to kill to get one pound of brains?”
