"Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached." - Manuel II Palelologus
Short and to the point, I like it!
Congressman Billybob
He looks demon possessed.
P*ss on the left.
If a local government suspended FDA regs and OSHA regs within their city, and someone died from tainted foods or at an unsafe workplace, could the local government be sued? I think so, especially if it can be shown that the city willful violated the laws resulting in injury or harm to someone. Sanctuary cities willful ignore federal laws and the result is dead citizens. There must be some legal grounds to sue. ANY FREEPER LAWYERS OUT THERE WHO CAN GIVE US ALL A LAYMAN’S LEGAL EDUCATION ON SUCH A POSSIBLITY.
This Open Letter From Border Patrol Agents To The City Of Newark Needs NO Comment.

Yes It Does,,,Hurrraaggh!!...
The parents of these kids need to sue the hell out of that city. Their responsibility in this obvious.
Doesn't DHS have a deplorable record of responding to criminal aliens in the US? I've heard many stories of complete lack of interest in even contacting the agencies involved much less doing anything to rid this country of the criminals. Seems as if government policy, dictated by the administration, is to let all illegals here roam free regardless of their criminal history.
This to me would be a LEGITIMATE lawsuit against the city of Newark (and other governmental agencies). They were NEGLIGENT in their duty to uphold the law. Their negligence directly lead to these senseless deaths (and other crimes).
Can the families of the kids killed turn around and sue the MAYOR and CITY COUNCIL members individually fro their actions in regards to directing city officials not to cooperate with the
Feds?
Seems like a golden opportunity to nail the “sanctuary movement”
How about a federal RICO indictment?
I'll dare to make a comment. Although I oppose the idea of any American locality making itself a "sanctuary" for illegal immigrants, the hypothetical question remains: what would DHS have done with this Carranza had Newark city government turned him over? For years we have been hearing excuses from the federal bureaucracy attempting to explain its horrendous performance in returning captured illegal aliens back to their countries of origin. Debbie Schlussel herself has been - rightfully so - very critical of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement). So we don't really know what Carranza may have done if he were referred to ICE. There are undoubtedly many criminal illegal aliens still roaming around the US who have had contact with ICE at one time or another.
From a legal standpoint, the judge did everything wrong in the bail hearing, according to the legal beagles on Fox News, and the guy should have remained in custody as soon as it was determined that he was an illegal during the last hearing. They also mentioned an eight point protocol that should have been used and wasn’t where bail and child rape are concerned. And lastly but certainly not leastly, there appears to be no transcript of the bail hearing. Ought to be able to sue the pants off idiot judges. Now there is a can of worms.
