I don't understand the point of the article....beyond childish ridicule. 

It's obvious that King knows nothing about cross-dressing and is just asking questions like he normally does...for instance the "sit down" question:  drag queens are accepted to stand in a mens room but transvestites who use the ladies room are required - by the rules of their community - to sit.
