But who is letting these types keep on coming in? That seems to be Bush and State under Dr. Rice.

The Immigration hold may well be due only to the fact that the students appear to have violated their visa by not taking enough classes. It does, however, allow LEOs to do a more thorough check on them.

I had a hunch it would turn out to be something like this when the story given to the media started to dance around. Birthday firecrackers, yeah, right. Sometimes the feller saying blandly to the cameras that there isn't any terrorism involved not only is lying, but he expects you to know he's lying.

I find the most suspicious thing in this whole arrest to be the photos of the "students"--

Young men arrested in foreign countries do not grin into police cameras.

Someone coached them. And both of them grinned.
