I have to admit I don’t see the attraction to that area. For a conservative at least.

But of course... They want to cram us in like rats in 3rd world ghettos. Once the socialists assume full power, we will be told our 2,000 sq. feet homes are too big for two people.

Taken earlier this year on Van Nuys Boulevard, just north of Sherman Oaks, in the SFV.

Apartments and condos are cheaper to build than a conventional single family home. They're all many people can afford these days.

they're just building large homes so multiple illegal alien families can qualify for ownership... but sooner or later there is gonna be one more hellofa civil war in America and it might as well start in CA...
we are inundated with illegals, gang-bangers, illegal drugs, not to mention the millions of muzzies just dying literally for a jihad and all you have to do is look at the overcrowded prisons and racial tensions there to see that whether it be this decade or next; the pot is about to EXPLODE!

We sold our 90 year old house in the city of San Fernamdo 12 years ago to 2 Mexican families for $150,000.
I was shocked to see online that the house is for sale for $634,900!

I sold my 1600 sq.ft. house on 3000 sq. ft. of lot in Orange County last year, and put a nice down (invested the rest) on a LARGER (2000 sq. ft.) home on an acre which was 1/3 the price of the home I had just sold.
California has gone insane in more ways than one.
