She’s an ugly beast, but very effective. I do not understand why the Marine Corp doesn’t pick this baby up from the USAF since they are planning on retiring it. It would be a logical choice for the Corp to provide air support for the boots on the ground.

I believe the rules are that if the AF has it the Navy, Army and Marines can't.

The concern is that a common "super weapon" across all branches could fall vulnerable to a technological development, and that would render all branches simultaneously vulnerable.

The way the universe was divided the Air Force gets fixed wing, and the Army gets helicopters.

Navy gets things than can land on ships and the Coasties and Marines get screwed.

The Marine Corps would LOVE to have the A-10!
