I came across the article on the Cobb Country Sheriff’s office and my question is are they going to deport Maria Rivera’s children? Since she is an illegal alien her children are not citizens, even if born here, and should be deported as well. The 14th Amendment has a clause “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” and since she was never admitted to the USA neither she or her children are “subject of the USA”. Replace the word “jurisdiction” with “King” and the meaning become even clearer. An illegal alien mother and her children are citizens and subjects of the country the mother is from and not the USA. And from what I have heard and read Congress debated this same issue in the late 1860s.
When discussing illegal aliens it important to remember an illegal alien is not an immigrant. An immigrant asked for and receives permission to enter and stay in the country. An illegal alien is an invader. Ask an American Indian, both Cherokee and Choctaw, about how they lost their nations to illegal aliens - i.e. European invaders. And for those opposed to allowing illegal aliens to remain do not allow yourself to trapped into equating an illegal alien to an immigrant. They are two different groups.

(Cobb Country action is good but children born to illegal alien mothers need to be deported as well)
