DECATUR, Ga. - Pro wrestler Chris Benoit had a steroid and other drugs in his system when he killed his wife and young son last month and hanged himself in the family’s home, investigators said Tuesday.

Benoit’s body contained 10 times the normal level of testosterone, as well as amounts of the anti-anxiety drug Xanax and the painkiller hydrocodone, authorities said.

Steroids, other drugs found in Benoit's body...

Is this not one of those "No shi* Sherlock" moments?

Duh; steroids in a professional rassler's system? Give me a break.

My question is what do they need all those steroids for? The entire thing is a stunt man’s act that is all show. If these guys were really working on each other with those huge muscles, we would have reports of broken backs and snapped necks. All of the fights I have watched rarely have a bloody nose.

Methinks the steroids are needed to enhance their sex enjoyment and the rasseling is just an excuse for the meds.

If you doubt the use of steroids for the purpose of sex enhancement, read this:

I’m not registering to read it. Shrivelled up nads and a smaller dick? Sounds real sex enhancing to me.

The side effects would be enough for anyone with any sense to stay away from steroid use. I am reading this sex performance enhancement aspect and suspect this aspect is causing many to overlook the side effects to their peril.

The sport is for entertainment, and the fans’ entertainment is enhanced by the wrestlers’ looking like cartoon superheroes. Steroids for wrestlers is the equivalent of strippers getting breast augmentation surgery. Its not about the function, its about the appearance on stage.

That sounds like a fun weekend!

You might be right on that. Actually, I’m not very happy that I posted crap when the perception I had was just plain wrong. I’m glad you corrected me.
