Press 2 for Spanish? You are aiming high. Recently I bought a long distance calling card called NJ Inc. After tirade in Spanish I heard “for English press 2.” I thought “alright, this is the last time I buy this card”. After a while I needed long distance card again. I remembered my previous experience and bought another brand the name of which I don't remember. Was I surprised this time I had no English option at all! My multi language background helped me to guess when I should enter PIN and when I should dial the number. The card didn't work and my money went down the drain. I called customer service and was connected to a guy who spoke English accent that was hard to understand, at least for me. Although they replenished my balance, which I consequently lost trying to dial again, I had no patience to call customer service again and demand my money back.
