Chertoff must have forgotten about our open borders when he was making his list of gut feelings. Who cares if Osama can send terrorist by the truckload across our Southern border? Thank God the terrorist are too stupid to take advantage of this gigantic weak spot. That must be the strategy the government is using.

Dammit. Just dammit.
We had SIX long years, 72 months, to as a country MOBILIZE and take extreme action to secure the national borders of the Republic, land, sea/port and air. Why didn't we? If something BIG goes down, who will be ultimately to blame?
