WASHINGTON — Four supporters of Barack Obama were getting a rare chance to dine with the Democratic presidential candidate Tuesday night, with one change to the guest list.
Florida firefighter Jennifer Lasko, chosen from among thousands of small-dollar donors, declined her invitation after local media reported that she used to be a man named John.
Aides to the Illinois senator said they weren't aware of Lasko's sex change before inviting her, but they encouraged her to attend after the news reports surfaced. Lasko decided that she did not want the attention that the dinner would attract.
"We would have loved to have her at the dinner with Senator Obama and the other guests," said Obama spokeswoman Jen Psaki. "We hope they have the opportunity to meet at another time."
The campaign invited Christina Cheatham, a rising senior at Georgia College and State University, to take Lasko's place. Cheatham entered the dinner contest with a $5 donation and was rewarded with an all-expense-paid trip to Washington, including a site-seeing tour and dinner at a steak restaurant.
She said she wanted to ask Obama about health care first, but also taxes, abortion and other topics that are important to her friends and family.
"I have a really, really long list of stuff," she said from her cell phone during a visit to the National Archives. "I'm not sure it'll all come up."
Edwards is attempting to infiltrate the Obama campaign?!

My point was that if a child is not born with sexual organs, it still has a sex due to chromosome configuration. Unless he has somehow gotten rid of that Y chromosome, he’s a MAN, BABY! :)
The woman didn’t have a sex change.
The MAN had cosmetic surgery and hormonal treatments to appear like a woman. His DNA hasn’t changed. Neither has the polarity of his sexual equipment. When he begins to menstruate or otherwise show signs of his vagina transplant taking hold, then I will believe that he has become a “she”.
That was a mere formality and may just be lies to the kufir.

For your information, I have known since I lost my twin sister before birth that I was a female. My BIRTH DEFECT was that my mother gave me too much Testosterone pre-birth and I was born with a male body.
I want to have a vaginal, ovary, and uterine transplant, and would risk my life to have one, but medical science is not to the point that they would give me one over a natal female that had lost hers to cancer or other accident.
Also, there are as many natal females that become men, as the other way around.
If you wish to crucify me for what God made me, that is your sin. I am just trying to be the woman I should have been born. Nothing else.
And yes, in just about every that counts, I am a third class citizen because of what God made me. What would you do in the same situation?
