Frankly, I don't think the comparison is accurate. The Duke players were accused of rape but were acquitted. Are you for the death penalty for convicted rapists? Just asking...

DNA cleared the accused at Duke.
There is clear convincing DNA evidence here.
How will this mother and son ever recover from this?
