Clinton derides U.S. missile shield plan (a "colossal waste of money.") Bill sez, what do we need one of those things for? Of course, when the missus is in the White House and NK is threatening, she will simply issue the executive order to deploy one. No clue as to the developmental lead time but the queen said make it so and therefore she is covered. Small comfort to the charcoaled victims.
