I watched several of those Youtube videos of propane explosions, and while they weren’t as spectacular as a 500-pound bomb, a few tanks of propane and a few cans of gasoline going off on a crowded street would be nothing to laugh at. Olberman is indeed a lying sack of shit, and Johnson is a turncoat CIA renegade who now works for the far left. The fact that any network “news” reporter would scoff at a terrorist attack, even an unsuccessful one, is the height of irresponsibility.

The bomb, as described, would have sent a fire-ball for 400 yards in all directions. Inside the fireball would be pieces of the Benz and all those nails that would have killed most people in the blast area.

Steven Emerson, who I think is one of the foremost experts on terrorism, indicated (also on MSNBC) that the car bombs were sophisticated and that he thought that the makers of them had had professional training in bomb-making.
