The articles of impeachment, introduced by Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio)...
I lived in the Seattle area for over a decade, and I can tell you there is stiff competition between Jim McDermott and Dennis Kucinich for "Moonbat of the Century" award. We may have to declare a tie.

Allow me to suggest this constructive alternative to your proposal:
A) That VP Cheney use his Executive Powers to declare you an enemy combatant,
