The court, which consisted of no jury and a single judge, ruled that this statement made Lerle a holocaust denier. Not following the logic. However, I do perceive the irony that Lerle is being punished in the same way many were punished by the Nazi regime for statements against the Holocaust.
Germany has a lot to learn from the USA about freedom of speech.
