Kudos to all the FReepers who stood with us at Cheney's House during those days, and to all the FReepers nationwide who took to the streets to let Gore know he would not be allowed to steal the election.
The Florida FReepers deserve special credit for all they did during those days.
EAGLES UP !!!

I see the ability to lie with a straight face is a hereditary trait within the Gore clan.

I can only speak for myself and the half dozen or so people I know personally who were there, but we're all local and were not "bussed" in.
Moreover, I wasn't chanting "get out of Cheney's house"; I was chanting "Algor is a PIG!"

"I took a leave of absence from Futurama, ... because I felt pretty useless as a comedy writer. For those of you who've never seen "Futurama", a running gag is Richard Nixon's still-speaking head preserved in a jar. Did Ms. Gore ever consider the feelings of the Nixon daughters and grandchildren when she was writing those jokes?

Kristinn, I remember driving up Mass Avenue, turning a corner and seeing hundreds of Freepers standing on that corner screaming... my wife and I turned around the corner, parked and joined the fun. What a great FREEP! And wasn’t it wonderfully typical that the WashPost the next day shows a picture of about 5 counter-protestors on the other corner making it sound as if this was an even standoff. What garbage!
GET OUT OF CHENEY’S HOUSE! A proud moment for Freepers!

I think if the courts order Cheney to hand over documents, the administration should hand over some from the Gore years.

There is fear in this interview. What she remembers is the disgrace of losing, the agony of uncertainty and lastly, denial.
The rest of her life will be spent with the memories of the great DC chapter, the few memorialized as a massive mob. Conviction and righteousness were a force multiplier.
