First we defeat this bill. Then, IMO, we immediately push for impeaching Chertoff for his efforts to hold enforcement hostage in order to get shamnesty and his failure to come up with a means to track visa overstays nearly six years after 9-11.

It's not enough to defeat this bill. We then need to go after the shills for the bill.

Chertoff can’t be impeached because he is not an elected official. But he should be replaced because he is obviously not up to this job. Did you see him on TV explaining that the reason the fence isn’t being built is that they have “engineering problems”? For pete’s sake, they can’t figure out how to build a fence?
