Would you rather be pardoned of guilt, or found NOT GUILTY on appeal? The man should be totally and completely exonerated in the court of law. Every reasonable legal expert believes he can win on appeal.

Would you rather be pardoned and not spend a day in jail or spend months, maybe even years, in prison waiting on your conviction to be overturned on appeal, something that very rarely happens?
