A question for Mr. Paul. Mr. Paul, you've stated on several occasions that one of the reasons you didn't vote for the authorization of force against Iraq, is that the word 'force' was used instead of 'war'

So do believe the US President and Congress should cite the United Nations as an authority when deploying US troops?

Thats one of the main reasons why he voted against going into Iraq. Ron Paul felt (and rightfully so) that we have no business enforcing bogus UN resolutions.

A lot of so called 'conservatives' on here will say the UN is useless. However, in their next breath, they will say that we were justified to go into Iraq because Hussein violated over a dozen resolutions. They can't have it both ways.
