Baseline standards? Huh? Paris Hilton is a celebrity. Kelly Clarkson is a world-class singer.

I'm anxious to see Kelly team up with Reba for a new edition of CMT Crossroads, debuting Sunday, June 24th and repeating several times after that on the country music television channel. Should be a blast!

I'd say she's a legitimate and talented artist, not just a celeb. As a life-long musician, I have a lot of respect for somebody who can achieve a Grammy.

I agree that if she were only an untalented celeb (Anna Nicole Smith comes to mind) she wouldn't be worth the trouble to post.
