Virginia Homosexual group endorses Bell for Senate

Posted on 06/11/2007 1:08:06 PM PDT by Gopher Broke

Dear xxxxxx,

I wanted to remind you that there is an important primary election coming up tomorrow, Tuesday, June 12 in the 22nd Senate district -- where you live. There, due to the way the district is drawn, voters have the opportunity to decide on the representative for this district the Republican Primary.

Since Virginia has open primaries, you are allowed to vote in this primary regardless of your political affiliation.

Equality Virginia's bi-partisan PAC is supporting Senator Brandon Bell for re-election to the Virginia Senate. A key moderate in the Senate, in the 2007 General Assembly session Senator Bell supported the hospital visitation bill and legislation to allow municipalities to provide domestic-partner health care benefits. This is in direct contrast to Sen. Bell's opponent who would likely be an outspoken opponent of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender equality.

Read more about Senator Brandon Bell.

Please go to the polls on Tuesday, June 12th between the hours of 6pm and 7pm to vote for Senator Bell for the Virginia Senate in the 22nd District. The successful candidate on Tuesday will in all likelihood be our Senator come next January.

Find out where your polling place is by clicking here.

You can make the difference next Tuesday! Please vote!

Dyana Mason Executive Director

I’m glad you’re home
Now did you really miss me
I guess you did by the look in your eyes (look in your eyes, look in your eyes)
Well lay back and relax while I put away the dishes (put away the dishes)
Then you and me can rock-a-bye

You can ring my be-e-ell, ring my bell
You can ring my be-e-ell, ring my bell
You can ring my be-e-ell, ring my bell
You can ring my be-e-ell, ring my bell

The night is young and full of possibilities
Well come on and let yourself be free
My love for you, so long than I’ve been savin’
Tonight was made for me and you

You can ring my be-e-ell, ring my bell
You can ring my be-e-ell, ring my bell
You can ring my be-e-ell, ring my bell
You can ring my be-e-ell, ring my bell

you can ring my bell, you can ring my bell
(ding, dong, ding, do-ong)
you can ring my bell, you can ring my bell
(ding, dong, ding, do-ong, ring it!)
you can ring my bell, anytime, anyway
(ring it, ring it, ring it, ring it oww!)
you can ring my bell, anytime, anyway
(ding, dong, ding, do-ong)

you can ring my bell, you can ring my bell
(ding, dong, ding, do-ong)
you can ring my bell, you can ring my bell
(ding, dong, ding, do-ong, ring it!)
you can ring my bell, anytime, anyway
(ring it, ring it, ring it, ring it oww!)
you can ring my bell, anytime, anyway
(ding, dong, ding, do-ong)

Help...I’ve been working a ton of overtime and haven’t been paying attention at all, and I think this is my local race. Who am I voting for tomorrow?

Even the liberal Roanoke Times admits that Smith is the more conservative, over Bell. Bell got the majority of his funds (over $40K) from a liberal NVA pac that supports Republicans who supported the Democrat tax increase.

I proudly voted for Ralph Smith today.

Thanks for the great post, Gopher.

A key moderate in the Senate, in the 2007 General Assembly session Senator Bell ...

It seems that Bell is the only one who doesn't realize that he is just another weasel-RINO. He chose an open primary to deny Virginia Republicans from electing a real conservative Republican at a mass meeting. So now the Virginia Education Association, Equality Virginia and the 'rats will be selecting the Republican that they want their candidate to face in November.

Let's get out the vote today, Roanoke Valley and Montgomery County Freepers.
