Boot leg exactly, one can get smokes off the internet, for around 15.00 a carton.. just do a google search on duty free tax free ones.. and u will find them delivered to your door....a two fer,, save gas and save money.

The states are wise to that. Michigan forced several online tobacco vendors to give them their list of customers from the state, who then got letters demanding they pay the taxes they would have paid had they bought their cigarettes in Michigan.
