Unfortunately many in the the black community have no one to blame but themselves - they are given every opportunity in this country, free scholarships, grants and welfare but continue to choose a path of poverty and dependence on the govt nipple. Sad commentary on a portion of our society that would rather let others think for them.
Now I agree with you there-they blindly vote Democratic and still wonder why things never change in the hood.
