“with black people from New Orleans and the Gulf Coast still displaced 20 months after Hurricane Katrina, frustration and resentments are building explosively”

Is the frustration and resentment building only in New Orleans? What about Mississippi? Are any whites or other minorities frustrated and resentful, or only just blacks? Is there any frustration and resentment in the rest of the country as it watches “victims” not lift a finger to help themselves, and almost two years later are still living happily on the dole? And how about their re-electing the same incompetents that created the disaster in the first place; is that building any frustration and resentment? Frankly, I think there’s plenty of frustration and resentment floating around over NO. And if the blacks explode, this time not everyone is going to sit back and watch the ongoings on TV. Maybe its time to teach some civic lessons...
