The problem is not Bush’s. That said New Orleans needs to take its free loader citizens back. I have noticed in my city a sudden large number of black people just walking the streets all day. Oh we had plenty of black people in my town before Katrina but they were busy going to work like everyone else. We suddenly have a number of blacks with nothing to do and I contribute that to do gooders who run my city.
