Thanks for keeping me on this list. Have you got your hands on this book yet ? I have heard Paul several times on Savage and even before have believed this analysis as very plausible. I plan to get the book and read it. I just finished reading “INFIDEL”: by Ayaan Hirsi Ali which is a great insight into the tribal mindset and group think within ISLAM. One point she makes is that in the Judeo-Christian world view, you try and be the best you can be in this life and the focus on the individual and human rights. In the world of ISLAM, individuality is completely suppressed and this life is merely a test so that you if you please Allah you will then have pleasures in the after life. Life on earth is not important, only how Allah judges your actions which is why they treat women and sexuality with disdain and have no respect for human life, even that of other Muslims. It is a drastically different world view from the West and reason and critical thinking have no place at all in Islam. The author of INFIDEL had her skull fractured at the age of 8 by a cleric just because she questioned one of the statements from the Koran !

I’ve read these books...

(In no order)

The War of Ideas: Jihadism against Democracy

Power, Faith, and Fantasy: America in the Middle East 1776 to Present

While Europe Slept: How Radical Islam is Destroying the West from Within

Because They Hate: A Survivor of Islamic Terror Warns America

Infidel

Knowing the Enemy: Jihadist Ideology and the War on Terror

The West’s Last Chance: Will We Win the Clash of Civilizations?

The Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of World Order

Londonistan

Inside the Jihad: My Life With Al Qaeda: A Spy’s Story

The Politically Incorrect Guide(tm) to Islam (and the Crusades)

Why I am Not a Muslim

The Truth About Muhammad: Founder of the World’s Most Intolerant Religion

The disturbing thing is... is that after each book I think there can’t possibly be anything more disturbing to learn than what I had just learned in the just-finished book...

Until I read the next one.. and the next one and the next one.

Islam is so vile yet so cleverly complex and duplicitious that one must be open to having thier mindset and worldview changed by information about it in order to really comprehend what the religion is.

To me, Islam is the Religion of Satan and the Beast.

You’re a permanent member of the ping list unless you specify otherwise! Have not read Paul’s book yet, I’m still thumbing through Politcal Zoo by SAVAGE, funny stuff, totally different from Paul’s book though, I will look for Paul’s book next time I’m at Borders or Barnes and Noble. INFIDEL sounds like a good read as well, thanks for the info.
