If you disagree with her on a constitutional interpretation, she might slug you with her purse.

this BEAST epitomizes the danger and the ugliness of the far-left. ANOTHER legacy from the administration that brought you the rise & power of al-qaeda, North Korean nukes and the always dangerous PC mentality.

Last week, the court threw out a discrimination suit by Lilly Ledbetter, a longtime Goodyear supervisor who was paid thousands of dollars a year less than her male peers. "In our view, this court does not comprehend, or is indifferent to, the insidious way in which women can be victims of pay discrimination," Ginsburg said. The Associated Press, in its usual unbiased way, overlooks the fact that the statute of limitations had expired.

If she’s so lonely, I’m fine with Souter retiring and Janice Rogers Brown taking his place.

There has never been any question about who or what Madame Justice Ginsburg was.
She is the most radical activist, with the wost judicial temperament, ever proposed or confirmed to the Supreme Court.
Ever.
Which raises the question, why was there no dissent in the Senate Judiciary Committee, and why was she confirmed by a vote of 96-3?
Inquiring minds want to know.
