I’ll leave his nose out of this, but on MY screen (hooked up with my old computer), at the enlarged size, Burglar looks like he is being illuminated by the flashing red lights on top of a police car or such. ...I immediately thought “BUSTED” would be an apt caption... (except, of course, that the light-fingered one got off with a mere wrist-slap.) Still, the graphic, with its color flashing to red, is apt, I thought. If you take a look at it at a slower frame rate, I think you’ll see what I mean.

Perhaps you might want to add to your excellent post the bit about the man who witnessed Clinton refusing to act when Ben Laden was in sight and orders to shoot had to be issued by teh President, who was deliberately busy playing golf, as I remember?

Recently, the Board of the DC Bar, which had granted Berger his license, began asking those questions. There was only one way to stop that investigation, to keep from answering questions about what he did and why he did it, to keep the Bar from questioning his colleagues in the Clinton Administration about what had been in the documents Berger destroyed. Berger took that step, surrendering his license, and stopping the investigation.
